Dan,
I just wanted to send an email thanking you very much for all your help these past months. You made the process so far very painless and have been very reassuring. As you know, something like this can be awkard and cause shame..but you were very comforting. Thank you so much again!

To Anyone Considering Debt Counseling vs. Bankruptcy,
A little over a year ago, I realized I could no longer hold my head above water in the paying off of my creditors, as I was basically robbing Peter to pay Paul to do so. I sought help from LHDR (Legal Helpers Debt Resolution)who verbally and emotionally wined and dined me into believing they would be able to help me pay off my creditors. I have recently found out they've been scamming me and others nationwide (class action lawsuit ...). The Better Business Bureau gives LHDR an "F" rating and listed many things which coincide with all they assured me of in assisting me with my creditors, that they also assured those who are suing them now. LHDR tells you not to pay your creditors, but to open a new checking or savings account, giving LHDR both the routing and checking/savings account # so they can put the monthly monies they extract from it to be put into your "settlement account" watched over by Global Client Services in Tulsa, OK. I will tell you, in all instances, save yourselves the heartache, misery and sleepless nights by not going to any Debt resolution agency at all until you have checked them out thoroughly with the Better Business Bureau, the Attorney General, or a reputable attorney firm. After having been through all of the above, I've recently put myself in the hands of Foster Law Firm, Meadville, PA who I feel with much confidence, will be able to give me the proper help I so desperately need. I may never get my almost $4,000.00 back from LHDR or Global. Folks, there is no shame in needing help. The shame goes to those who take advantage of good, honest and decent people who only want to try their best to pay off their creditors.
